REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with Tvali. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Tvali offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform before subscribing.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during this period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
2. Subscription Refunds
Because we offer a generous free trial period, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed. However, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged due to a technical error on our part
- You contact us within 48 hours of your first subscription charge and have not extensively used the service
- A duplicate charge occurred
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
