These Terms of Service govern your use of Tvali ("we", "us", "our"), a business management platform operated by Tvali. By registering or using Tvali, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tvali at tvali.app or tvali.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Tvali is a SaaS business management platform providing tools for inventory management, order tracking, booking systems, analytics, and team management. The service is provided on a subscription basis following a 30-day free trial.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
- A 30-day free trial is available to all new accounts with no credit card required.
- After the trial period, a monthly subscription fee applies as stated on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Failure to pay will result in suspension of your account.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Data and Privacy
Your business data is yours. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. All company data is strictly isolated between accounts. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tvali to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tvali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
